Improvements to date navigation

I've put in some changes to tidy up the date navigation using the calendar control.

As before, events are highlighted with a red background, news items with an orange day number. Clicking on those should take you directly to the page, except where there is more than one available, in which case you are taken to a day page which lists all the news published on that day and the events taking place on that day.

The breadcrumbs in the red bar below the Ferrette Morris title now work more as I intended. For example, click the month name 'July 2009' in the calendar control to see all news and events in July. While you are navigating by date you will see links there for year, month and possibly day, depending on what you have selected. You can click these to see all news and events in the year, the month or the day.
