Photo albums on events and RSS feed

Events can now take one photograph alongside the report text. The photograph will link to a Picasa gallery of other photographs for the event.

This will need to be extended sometime so that there can be multiple albums, but I'll get this much working first.

In addition RSS and atom feeds of events and news are available by clicking the feeds icon in the address bar, in browsers that support feeds. The content is only the title at present, it will be extended to some or all of the text, and possibly the photograph where there is one.

There's still not very much text or many photographs, but I've been concentrating on getting the basics working.
